Bleeding Sequence

DO NOT pump brake pedal at any time during bleeding procedure. This compresses air and distributes small bubbles throughout hydraulic system, making additional bleeding operations necessary.

When bleeding disc brakes, air may cling to caliper walls. To remove air, lightly tap caliper while bleeding.

Fill master cylinder with clean brake fluid meeting DOT 3 specifications. Bleed wheel cylinders and calipers in sequence. See BRAKELINE BLEEDING SEQUENCE  table.
