Defroster Ducts Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Remove the instrument panel assembly from the vehicle. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, Instrument Panel Service Procedures, Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement, Instrument Panel Assembly

2. Remove the three screws that secure the defroster duct to the HVAC unit housing.
3. Remove the defroster duct from the HVAC unit housing.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the defroster duct on the HVAC unit housing.
2. Install the three screws that secure the defroster duct to the HVAC unit housing. Tighten the mounting screws to 22 N m (20 in lbs).
3. Install the instrument panel assembly in the vehicle. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, Instrument Panel Service Procedures, Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement, Instrument Panel Assembly
