Rear Door Weatherstrip

REAR DOOR WEATHERSTRIP

REMOVAL

1. Remove C-pillar trim. Refer to Trim Panel.
2. Remove B-pillar upper trim. Refer to Trim Panel.
3. Remove B-pillar lower trim. Refer to Trim Panel.
4. Remove screws at front of quarter trim panel.
5. Pull weatherstrip from door opening flange.

INSTALLATION

Fig. 13:

1. Apply three 12 inch strips of foam tape to the flange in the areas shown. (Fig. 13)
2. Position weatherstrip at corners.

Fig. 8:

3. Move upward and around edge of door opening seating weatherstrip onto flange (Fig. 8).
4. Engage connector plug with each end of weatherstrip at bottom of door opening.
5. Install screws at front of quarter trim panel.
6. Install B-pillar lower trim.
7. Install B-pillar upper trim.
8. Install C-pillar trim.
