Door Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair

LOCK CYLINDER

REMOVAL
1. Remove exterior handle.

2. Remove screw securing lock cylinder retainer to outside door handle (Fig. 13).
3. Separate lock cylinder from door handle.
4. Disconnect lock cylinder switch, if equipped.

INSTALLATION
1. Connect lock cylinder switch, if equipped.
2. Position lock cylinder in door handle.
3. Position lock cylinder retainer and install screw (Fig. 13).
4. Install exterior handle.
