Rear Door Striker: Service and Repair

LATCH STRIKER

REMOVAL

Fig. 9:

1. Remove screws attaching striker to C-pillar (Fig. 9).
2. Separate striker and spacer from vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. Position striker and spacer on C-pillar.
2. Install screws and tighten to 28 N.m (21 ft. lbs.).
3. Check door fit and adjust striker as necessary.
