SYMPTOM
SIREN COMMUNICATION FAILURE (EXPORT ONLY)

TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test NO SERIAL COMMUNICATION (EXPORT ONLY).

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously while the VTSS is armed.

SET CONDITION
If the Siren does not receive messages from the Intrusion Transceiver Module.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent condition
- Open fused B+ circuit
- Siren signal control circuit open
- Siren signal control circuit short to ground
- Intrusion transceiver module
- Open ground circuit
- VTSS siren
