SERIAL LINK INTERNAL FAULT

TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test ANTENNA FAILURE.

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
The SKIM fails an internal J1850 communication self test.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- SKIM internal DTC failure
