SYMPTOM
REAR DEF RELAY SHORTED HI

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition key in the run position.

SET CONDITION
The BCM attempts to activate the rear defogger relay and senses excessive current on the circuit.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Rear defogger relay
- Junction block
- Body control module
