Drbiii Blank Screen

If DRBIII Screen is blank, disconnect DRBIII from data link connector. Inspect for loose wiring connections or damaged harness or connectors. Ensure continuity to ground exists at data link connector terminals No. 4 and No. 5. See Figure . Ensure at least 11 volts exists at data link connector terminal No. 16. If 11 volts does not exist, check for faulty circuit leading to DLC connector terminal No. 16. If no problem can be found, malfunction with DRBIII or DRBIII cable may be present.
