Instrument Panel Top Pad: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure rubber seal is properly positioned on forward edge of instrument panel top cover. Tighten retaining screws and mounting nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . DO NOT connect negative battery cable at this time. Activate air bag system. See ACTIVATING SYSTEM under DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM.
