Curtain (Head Impact) Air Bag Modules

Curtain air bag modules are mounted to right- and left-side outboard edges of roof, behind headliner. Curtain air bags contains a squib, air bag cushion and pyrotechnic inflator. Upon sufficient lateral (side) impact, ACM actuates curtain air bag inflator, deploying air bag.
