EXTERIOR HANDLE

REMOVAL

Fig. 1:

1. Remove the insulator pad.
2. Open the actuator rod clip and disconnect the actuator rod. (Fig. 1)
3. Remove the nuts attaching the handle to the liftgate and remove the handle.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the exterior handle on the liftgate.
2. Install the nuts attaching exterior handle to liftgate and tighten to 9 N.m (80 in. lbs.).
3. Connect exterior handle link and adjust.
4. Install the liftgate insulator pad.
