SET CONDITION
When the APM detects the voltage on the Sense circuit is too high.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Motor/Sensor shorted or open
- Sense circuit shorted to battery or to sensor feed circuit
- APM-internal fault
- Intermittent DTC
