WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
The PCM does not receive a Bus message from the SKIM when expected.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- SKIM/PCM
- Intermittent condition
- Loss of SKIM communication
- PCI bus circuit open from PCM to SKIM
