SYMPTOM
P0522-OIL PRESSURE SENSOR VOLTS LOW

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition key ON and battery voltage above 10.4 volts.

SET CONDITION
The oil pressure sensor voltage at PCM goes below 0.1 of a volt for 0.5 of a second.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent condition
- Oil pressure 5-volt supply circuit open
- Oil pressure sensor signal circuit shorted to ground
- Oil pressure sensor signal circuit shorted to sensor ground
- Oil pressure sensor
- Powertrain control module
