Passenger Thermistor Out of Range High

SYMPTOM
PASSENGER THERMISTOR OUT OF RANGE HIGH

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition ON, during the heated seat operation.

SET CONDITION
This condition is immediately set when the Heated Seat Module senses a greater value than the value stored in EEPROM.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Passenger seat sensor shorted
- Passenger seat temperature sensor input circuit shorted to battery
- Passenger seat temperature sensor input circuit shorted to 5 Volts
- Heated seat module - sensor shorted
- Seat sensor 5 Volt supply circuit shorted to ground
