Removal & Installation (Wrangler)
- Lift wiper arm. Pull wiper arm locking latch out to its holding position and release wiper arm. Arm will remain off windshield with latch in this position. Using a rocking motion, remove wiper arm from pivot.
- Install wiper arm and blade with wiper motor in park position. Mount wiper arm on pivot shaft so distance between tip of wiper blade and upper edge of liftglass is 0-3.14" (0-80 mm). Lift wiper arm away from liftglass slightly, relieving spring tension on locking latch.
- Push latch into locked position and slowly release arm until wiper blade rests on liftglass. Operate wipers with liftglass wet. Turn wiper switch off and check for correct wiper arm positioning. Readjust as necessary.
