Removal & Installation (Cherokee)

  1. Horns are located behind front bumper and are mounted to left and right radiator closure panel braces. Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Remove front underbody splash shield.
  2. Remove horn mounting bracket bolt. Lower horn bracket and disconnect horn connector. Remove horn and horn bracket as an assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten horn bracket bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
