Test 20A - Right Front Outlet Valve

  1. Using DRB, read fault messages. If DRB displays MAIN RELAY/POWER CIRCUIT FAILURE, go to TEST 14A. If DRB does not display MAIN RELAY/POWER CIRCUIT FAILURE, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect CAB from HCU. See Figure. Inspect 14-pin connection. If mating connection is faulty, repair as necessary. Perform TEST VER-1A. If any terminals are backed-out, replace HCU. Perform TEST VER-1A. If connection is okay, go to next step.
  3. Using an external ohmmeter, check resistance between terminals No. 7 and 13 at valve block connector. See Figure. If resistance is not 3-6 ohms, replace HCU. Perform TEST VER-1A. If resistance is 3-6 ohms, replace CAB. Perform TEST VER-1A.
