Pedal Travel Sensor: Removal

Pump brake pedal 20 times to evacuate vacuum from booster. Remove Pedal Travel Sensor (PTS) connector. See Figure. Using a small screwdriver, remove PTS snap ring from notch in booster and from booster bushing. Carefully remove PTS and "O" ring from booster. Ensure "O" ring is on end of PTS or in booster bushing.
