Test 25J - Mode Door Driver Circuit

NOTE: Perform TEST 19A or 25D before proceeding with this test.

Turn ignition off. Unplug 10-pin HVAC connector, located near plenum. Unplug BCM, located above right kick panel. With DRB in voltmeter mode, probe Dark Green/Yellow wire at Black BCM connector. If voltage is not higher than 10 volts, go to next step. If voltage is higher than 10 volts, repair short to voltage on Dark Green/Yellow wire. Perform VERIFICATION TEST.
With DRB in ohmmeter mode, probe Dark Green/Yellow wire at Black BCM connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, repair short to ground on Dark Green/Yellow wire. Perform VERIFICATION TEST. If resistance is not less than 5 ohms, replace BCM. Perform VERIFICATION TEST.
