Intake Manifold: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure injector holes are clean. Lubricate injector "O" rings with engine oil before installing. Install injector until firmly seated in port.
Install air intake plenum gaskets, with beaded sealant side away from intake (cross) manifold. Tighten intake (cross) manifold nuts and air intake plenum bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 1 and Fig 2. Tighten remaining bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill cooling system.
