Test 16B: System Relay Circuit

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS .

Put DRB in voltmeter mode. Using DRB, check voltage on Brown/Black wire at ABS relay connector. If reading is less than one volt, go to TEST 16C. If reading is more than one volt, go to next step.
Turn ignition off. Disconnect CAB 60-pin connector. Using DRB, check voltage on Brown/Black wire at ABS relay connector. If reading is less than one volt, replace CAB. Perform TEST VER-1A: SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST . If reading is more than one volt, repair short to power in Brown/Black wire. Perform TEST VER-1A: SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST .
