Test 10E: Pump/Motor Circuit

NOTE:
For connector terminal identification, refer to CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION . For wiring diagrams, refer to WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Using DRB, stop MOTOR PUMP actuation. Turn ignition off. Remove pump/motor relay. Using external ohmmeter, check resistance between pump/motor relay terminals No. 30 and 87. See Fig 1. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace pump/motor relay. Perform TEST VER-1A: SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST . If resistance is more than 5 ohms, go to next step.
- Turn ignition on. Put DRB in voltmeter mode. Using DRB, check voltage on Brown/White wire at pump/motor relay connector. If voltage is present, repair short to power in Brown/White wire. Perform TEST VER-1A: SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST . If voltage does not exist, replace CAB. Perform TEST VER-1A: SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST .
