Reading Trouble Codes

- Trouble codes may be read by using Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) on instrument panel or with DRB. See either MIL DIAGNOSTIC MODE or DIAGNOSIS USING DRB. Using DRB will provide a more complete diagnosis.
- If trouble codes are not present, go to BATTERY TEST under ON-VEHICLE TESTING.
NOTE:
The PCM cannot diagnose every charging system problem. If a fault still exists after performing self-diagnostic procedures, go to ON-VEHICLE TESTING .
