Removal & Installation (5.2L)

Disconnect battery negative cable. Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect the battery wire and solenoid feed wire connector. Remove lower mounting nut. Remove transmission line clip from stud. Remove upper mounting bolt. Pull starter forward and remove from vehicle. To install, reverse removal procedure. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
