Throttle Position (TP) Sensor

The Throttle Position (TP) sensor delivers an input signal to the TCM and Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to indicate the throttle position. The TCM uses this input signal for controlling TCC operation, governor pressure and upshift into 4th gear for overdrive operation.
