Air Bag System Diagnostic Module (ASDM): Removal

- Before proceeding, follow air bag service precautions. See SERVICE PRECAUTIONS. Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM.
- ASDM is located behind center console, at center of instrument panel. See Figure . Remove front console bezel and console side cover. Remove ASDM-to-instrument panel support bracket screws. Remove ASDM. Disconnect ASDM electrical connectors.
