No 4-3 Downshift

Check for defective engine coolant temp. sensor, transmission fluid temp. sensor or switches (if equipped) or vehicle speed sensor, defective Powertrain Control Module (PCM), defective wiring or connections. Also check for defective 3-4 shift valve, shuttle valve, timing valve or accumulator, lock-up solenoid not venting, overdrive solenoid not venting, Throttle Position (TP) sensor faulty.
