  1. Remove and inspect fuse No. 14. See Figure . If fuse is open, go to step 3). If fuse is okay, go to next step.
  2. Ensure ignition switch is in ON position. Put DRB in voltmeter mode. Measure voltage at fuse No. 14 (Dark Blue wire). If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair open Dark Blue/White wire between fuse panel and electronic instrument cluster. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open Dark Blue wire between fuse panel and ignition switch.
  3. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Put DRB in ohmmeter mode. Measure resistance at fuse No. 14 (Dark Blue/White wire). If resistance is less than 5 ohms, repair short to ground in Dark Blue/White wire and replace fuse. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, go to next step.
  4. Reconnect electronic instrument cluster. Measure resistance at fuse No. 14 (Dark Blue/White wire). If resistance is less than 5 ohms, replace electronic instrument cluster and replace fuse. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, replace fuse.
