Test 35A - EIC Identifying Faulty Gauge(S)

NOTE:

. Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.
CAUTION:
Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
- Using DRB, select EIC SEQUENTIAL SEGMENTS test. If any segments of instrument cluster fail to illuminate or illuminate at the same time (test fails), replace instrument cluster. If test passes, go to next step.
- Stop EIC SEQUENTIAL SEGMENTS test. If temperature gauge is not operating correctly, go to TEST 36A. If temperature gauge is operating correctly, go to next step.
- If fuel gauge is not operating correctly, go to TEST 67A. If fuel gauge is operating correctly, go to next step.
- If oil pressure gauge is not operating correctly, go to TEST 68A. If oil pressure gauge is operating correctly, go to next step.
