Diagnostic Fault Codes (Messages): Notes

If any of the following ASDM diagnostic fault codes appear, replace ASDM.

SAFING SENSOR OPEN
SAFING SENSOR SHORT
DIAGNOSTIC MODULE #1
DIAGNOSTIC MODULE #2
DIAGNOSTIC MODULE #3
LOW STORED ENERGY

If any of the following ASDM diagnostic fault codes appear, perform required test procedure under TESTING - DIAGNOSTIC CHARTS starting with TEST 1A - TESTING SYSTEM FUNCTION.

WARNING LAMP SHORT
FRONT SENSOR SHORT
ONE FRONT SENSOR OPEN
TWO FRONT SENSORS OPEN
INITIATOR (SQUIB) OPEN
INITIATOR (SQUIB) SHORT
IGNITION 1 (RUN/START) LOW
IGNITION 1 (RUN ONLY) LOW
