Installation (All Models)

  1. Remove engine mount cushions from brackets to aid alignment of engine and transmission. Replace fuel line quick-connect "O" rings, spacers and retainers.
  2. Be careful not to damage trigger wheel on flywheel when installing engine into vehicle with automatic transmission. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Adjust throttle and cruise control linkage (if equipped). Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Check fluid levels, and refill if necessary.
