Test 66A - Identifying Liftgate Release Problem

Verify customer complaint and identify problem area before performing test. If vehicle is experiencing liftgate problem at this time, go to TEST 68A . If system is operating at this time, perform TEST VER-1B .

NOTE: Test sequence skips from TEST 66A to TEST 68A. No test procedures have been omitted.
