Scan tool displays BATTERY TEMP SENSOR VOLTS OUT OF LIMIT. Condition is: open or short exists in Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor circuit or a problem exists in PCM battery temperature voltage circuit. MIL may not come on.
