Cylinder Head: Removal

- Remove alternator bracket support rod and alternator. Remove intake and exhaust manifold. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD and EXHAUST MANIFOLD .
- Remove rocker arm shaft assembly. See ROCKER ARMS. Remove cylinder head bolts, cylinder head and gasket.
