No Start Or Hard Start

Check fuel injection system.
Check fuel pump drive control system.
Check power transistor.
Check power to ECM.
Check MPI control relay.
Check fuel injectors.
Ensure fuel pressure is correct.
Check for contaminated fuel.
Check for vacuum leaks.
Check for malfunctioning engine control module.
Check for open or short in wiring and/or poor connections.
