Removal & Installation

- Speed control switches are mounted on the steering wheel and wired through clockspring device under air bag module.
- Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Deactivate air bag. See appropriate AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEM article. Remove 2 screws from side of each switch. Rock switch back and forth to remove switch from steering wheel. Disconnect speed control switch connector. To install switch, reverse removal procedure.
