Fuel Gauge - Inoperative

Ignition in RUN. Disconnect fuel gauge sender connector. If needle goes to F and ground are OK, replace sender. If needle does not go to F, connect fuel gauge sender connector and disconnect instrument cluster connector terminal 15. Measure resistance. If reading is between 0 and 88 ohms, replace gauge, if not, repair open to sender.
