Disc Brake Rotor - CJ7 & Scrambler: Installation

Install wheel bearings and grease seal in rotor. Install rotor. Install tabbed washer and inner lock nut. Install wheel, but do not tighten lug nuts completely.
Tighten inner lock nut to 50 ft. lbs. (68 N.m) while rotating wheel. Back off inner lock nut 1/6 turn (45-65°). Install tabbed washer and outer lock nut. Tighten outer lock nut to 50 ft. lbs. (68 N.m).
Bend lip of tabbed washer over lock nut. Install hub clutch and bearing assembly on axle shaft. Install snap ring. Install hub body on bearing assembly with a new gasket.
Align bolt holes and install hub attaching bolts and tabbed lock washers. Tighten bolts to 30 ft. lbs. (41 N.m). Reverse removal procedure to complete installation.
