Oil Pressure Gauge
- To test accuracy of oil pressure gauge, use tester (J 24538). Disconnect wire from sending unit. Connect one lead of tester to ground and other lead to sending unit wire.
- Adjust tester to selected ohm value listed in oil pressure sending unit resistance table. Compare results with specifications shown in table. Adjust tester to selected ohm value listed in oil pressure gauge resistance on Cherokee and Wagoneer models. Compare results with specifications shown in table.
