Pressure Regulators & Manual Control

Install throttle valve, valve spring, kickdown valve and detent into bore. Slide manual valve into its bore. Install throttle lever and shaft on valve body. Insert detent ball and spring into bore.

Press ball and spring in bore. Slide manual lever on throttle shaft, engaging manual valve and detent ball. Install seal, washer and "E" clip on throttle shaft. Insert switch valve and spring in valve body.
Insert line pressure regulator valve and spring into valve body. Install pressure adjusting screw and bracket on springs. Temporarily fasten with single screw in side of valve body. This screw will be tightened after starting top and bottom screws in later step.
