Pressure Regulators & Manual Control

  1. Remove "E" Clip and washer from throttle lever shaft. Remove any burrs from shaft. Holding manual lever detent ball and spring in bore, slide manual lever from throttle shaft. See Figure .
  2. Remove detent ball and spring. Slide manual valve from bore. Remove kickdown detent, kickdown valve, throttle valve spring and throttle valve.
