Reassembly (All Except 727 Model)

  1. Aligning holes in cam and retainer with holes in case, install new cam and spring retainer. Thread retaining screws with washers into cam. Using soft mallet, install cam in case.
  2. Alternately and evenly tighten retaining screws to 100 INCH lbs. (11 N.m). Thread 2 pilot studs into case. Position support over studs. Using soft mallet, tap support firmly into place. Remove pilot studs. Install and tighten retaining bolts.
