Disassembly (All Except 727 Model)

  1. Remove 4 output shaft support-to-case retaining bolts. Using soft mallet, tap support rearward out of case. Center punch each rivet head.
  2. Using a 3/8" drill bit, drill out rivets, taking care not to drill case. Using chisel, remove rivet heads. Using blunt punch, drive rivets and cam from case.
