Transfer Case - Model NP-205: Installation

To install transfer case, reverse removal procedure. Torque all nuts and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . With vehicle in level position, remove filler plug and add lubricant until fluid level reaches bottom of filler hole. Use engine oil labeled API Service SG or SG/CD SAE 30 viscosity grade.
