In the Instrument Cluster (IC) message center it is possible to:

The warning indications to the driver are common on all vehicles equipped with Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). Warnings are conveyed by an amber warning indicator together with a text message, a supporting graphic, or both appearing in the message center.

The message center gets messages from the Tire Pressure Monitoring System Control Module (TPMSCM) via the High Speed (HS) Controller Area Network (CAN) chassis systems bus. The software of the IC makes the warning indicator illuminate continuously when the tire pressure is low. The indicator flashes for 75 seconds and then stays on when there is a TPMS sensor or system failure.
