Exhaust System - Vehicle With: Diesel Exhaust Fluid (G2272439): Installation

NOTE: Steps 1-4 are only required if the components have been previously removed.
- Install the 2 rear NVH dampers.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 22 Nm
- Install the front NVH damper.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
Torque: 22 Nm
Use a suitable tool to install and tighten the post SCR particulate matter sensor.
Torque: 48 Nm
Use the special tool to install and tighten the post SCR NOx sensor.
Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1666

Torque: 60 Nm
WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.
- Install the exhaust system.
- Install the 2 exhaust mounting rubbers.
Install the exhaust rear silencer to the 2 mounting rubbers.
- Install a new gasket.
  Renew Part: Right exhaust downpipe to DPF gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the exhaust system to the DPF .
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
Torque: 40 Nm
CAUTION: Make sure that the area around the component is clean and free of foreign material.
- Install a new DEF injector clamp.
  Renew Part: Diesel exhaust fluid injector clamp kit Quantity: 1 .
- Install the DEF injector.
- Tighten the DEF injector clamp bolt.
  Torque: 5 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install the protective sleeve.
- Install the 2 modules to the 7 clips.
- Install the 4 wiring harness clips.
- Connect the 2 module electrical connectors.
- Install the right side undershield.
- Install and tighten the 23 bolts.
Torque: 7 Nm
- Install the cross member.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
Torque: 25 Nm
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
