Auxiliary Radiator (G2344914): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2020 Jaguar XF and 2019 Jaguar XF. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
    • Install the auxiliary radiator.
    • Make sure the 3 clips are correctly installed.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

  2. Install and tighten the auxiliary radiator bracket bolt.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

  3. Connect the upper coolant hoses.
  4. Connect the lower coolant hoses.
  5. Install the front right wheel arch liner.

  6. Vacuum fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING 

  7. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD
