Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install the Torx bolts and tighten in the sequence shown.

    Renew Part: Wheel bearing bolts Quantity: 1.

    Torque Specifications: 

    Stage 1: 170 Nm 

    Stage 2: Loosen 90° 

    Stage 3: 90 Nm 

    Stage 4: 120° 

  2. G11305543

    Torque Specification: 9 Nm 

  3. G11305542

    Torque Specification: 20 Nm 

  4. CAUTION: Install a new nut and bolt.
    G11305541

    Renew Part: Wheel knuckle nut and bolt Quantity: 1.

    Torque Specification: 60 Nm 

  5. CAUTION: Install a new nut.
    G11305540

    Renew Part: Front lower control arm nut Quantity: 1.

    Torque Specification: 185 Nm 

  6. CAUTION: Install a new nut.
    G11305537

    Renew Part: Tie-rod end nut Quantity: 1.

    Torque Specification: 133 Nm 

  7. CAUTION: Install new bolts.
    G11305458

    Renew Part: Brake caliper carrier bolt(s) Quantity: 1.

    Torque Specifications: 

    Stage 1: 70 Nm 

    Stage 2: 120° 

  8. G11305535

    Torque Specification: 9 Nm
